Hypnosis
Hypnosis has been around
since ancient times. When man first discovered
chanting and or drumming that begain the beginings of
meditation and self induced hypnosis.
Over time it has evolved into what we
know it to be today. It is used to change,
correct, or release behaviors and thoughts that lies with in
our sub conscience minds.
It's effectiveness is determined not by
weither or not the client is hypnotisable but rather on
suggestability, willingness, and the clients own
effort. The participation of the client is highly
recommended. By this the client must go home and listen
to the behavior modification session that was recorded and
given to the client after the session.
Hypnosis is just a realaxed state of
being allowing the conscience mind to move aside and let the
sub consciouse come to the forefront. Just as it does
when we are sleeping, though the client is not sleeping during
a session.
